Great experience. I ordered the picture for someone's birthday and after 10/11 days, I hadn't had a despatch email, which worried me. Emailed the company and in a couple of hours they had emailed me back and they sent it out with next day delivery. It arrived on time and well packaged. Crisis averted, thank you very much.
