Amazing picture! Loved it from the moment I saw it but delayed purchasing as I was unsure where I could go. Delivery was a nightmare but that was down to APC delivery not Artists Quarter!

Picture arrived on time as advised by the carrier, it was well protected and we are very pleased with it. Just a couple of small niggles: we had no communication from you after 8 days, no reply from your telephone number and it was not until the 9th day that we had a despatch note from the carrier to say it was on its way. Also the £20 additional carriage charge for Highlands and Islands is excessive as we are only just over the Aberdeen border and are far from remote in Forres. Such unfair charges are usually a no-no for me especially as we would otherwise have qualified for free postage.
